[Resolved] IFB — Pathetic response for the problem with Washing machine

Registered the complaint # 13553971 on 12-Aug-2014 regarding the problem with digital board of the washing machine. Response from service agency was "part not in stock and will take 3-4 days for fixing the issue". After 3-4 days still the part is not available and I was told it will take couple of more days. Finally, after 17 days, the part came and when technician fixed it, it just didn't work. Agency told me that they have to try another spare but the it is not in stock and will get it in 2-3 days but nothing happened. Visited the IFB branch on 5-Sep-14 in Bangalore personally and met the co-ordinator. He spoke to Area Executive and I was promised that issue will be resolved by 9-Sep at any cost. No luck and when tried reaching he told me that it will get it fixed surely by 11-Sep-14. Again, nothing happened. Continued my never ending followup again i was told it will be fixed for sure by 13-Sep-14. Same result and same response. Now, all of them stopped responding to my calls. It is more than a month and still waiting for them to fix the problem.

Finally after more than a month and repeated chasings/followups, the board has been replaced and the machine is working fine as of now.
