I have IFB washing machine of 6 kg. My permanent customer Id number is 1908552. My product is under AMC. I have registered a complaint on 18-October-2014 around 9:00 am with complain ID 14049036. No technician has attended my complaint till 22-October-2014 around 3:00 pm since my so many reminder calls. Every time I got the same answer TECHNICIAN IS SUPPOSE TO VISIT TODAY ONLY AND YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE GET RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF. Today when technician visited he told there is some motor and barring issue in washing machine. I called his senior for explation but he told this will take more than a week due to Diwali holidays of 5 days. But I know in private service industry it is not possible employees get one week leave.
This problem is accured again in my washing machine within a week. Prior to this complaint I have also registered a complaint on 6-October-2014 which was resolved on 11-October-2014 after many reminder calls. That time also barring replacement was done.
I really don't understand is there any issue with technician knowledge or their superiors who are not willing to get our complaints resolved as soon as possible. I am fed up of IFB service. Each and every time whenever we have issue in washing machine this thing happens. I will not suggest anyone IFB product due to pathetic after sales services.
My request is to solve my complaint as early as possible. As in my joint family it is not possible for us not to operate machine for weeks.
