My Customer id:1157624.I had registered a complaint on 19.10.2014 on the IFB Service Helpline [protected], regarding door problem in my IFB Washing Machine(Front Load-Digital 6kgs).Service team dint attend the complaint till 27.10.2014.Further more on 27.10.2014, a technician visited & informed that, he will again visit my premises on 28.10.2014 with a spare "Door Lock Assembly". Technician has not contacted/visited the premises nor solved the issue.In spite of my frequent efforts in reaching the technician on his cell phone from noon till 07.30PM haven't been fruitful, nor did he have the basic courtesy to return the call.
The response is highly disappointing/poor & is not expected out of a reputed brand like IFB. Please note, after sale service is much more sensitive area.
