We have purchased a Aqua Energie, digital SX-6 kg two years back, the machine is non operational since Aug 2014, view defect "Excessive Heating" ( display shows this), we lodged first complaint on 30 Aug '14 ( complain no[protected], the technician came after 4 days and advised that one small PCB to be changed, which they do not have, it took about 10 days to gel that. This time another technician came and, his opinion was, nothing wrong with the PCB, you need to change the power supply and add one water softener, which he had with him and charged Rs. 2300.00, machine ran for some days.. Now same issue again... "excess heating" lodged complaint on 28 Oct ( complaint no[protected], after three days technician came and in on minute he said, drum and PCB needs to changed ( both these spares, they do not have ), and left the machine half opened. On my insistence to send another technician, after three days, visited our house and made a statement " Drum is perfectly fine" the heater needs replacement, ( which is out of stock) we were shocked... we are desperately trying service center to send a competent engineer, but no response... even contacted 24X7 customer care ( [protected]), they also express their inability to help us, and advised us to contact local franchise . This is not expected from a company like IFB. I request to IFB through this forum, kindly look such issue and take immediate action to make their services more efficient. My IFB customer ID is 2804257. Hope some positive action will happen.
