IFB — poor service by IFB

I am using IFB MICROWAVE OVEN 30 LITERS. MY CUSTOMER ID IS 11077008. I HAVE REGISTERED A complaint no 15585903 on 21 may 2015 regarding the un serviceability of my microwave oven. on repeated reminders i was provided with the mobile no of branch office manager at agra of Miss Babita, [protected]. finally after a few more calls to her i was given no of Mr Rawat, the service personnel for IFB at agra. His no is [protected]. Mr Rawat paid a visit to my residence on 26 may 2015. he worked in most un professional way. where on opening the microwave, he inserted 1mm copper wire in place of fuse, and started the microwave. within 10 sec there was a burning smell from microwave. he switched it off, and informed me that he will come the next day with the spare diode for replacement. i expressed my concern to him, that why did he put wire in place of fuse, and run the microwave, instead of checking why the fuse has blown off. he was casual enough to tell me that this is the way he works. he had burned my microwave transformer with this act. and he has not returned till date to attend to my complaint. i have repeatedly tried to contact Miss Babita, the branch office manager and Mr Rawat, the service person. they have stopped attending my calls, and intentionally not coming to my residence. this behaviour displayed by IFB has deeply tarnished the image of IFB. it is requested that my complaint may be addressed urgently and the microwave be repaired.
