[Resolved] IFB — Poor service post sales. sends most inefficient people for demo with no product knowledge. | |||
I purchased a microwave wide inv no [protected] dated 11.09.2015. The person they send on 15.09.15 for demo is so inefficient with no product knowledge himself. He was unable to answer even simplest of doubts like what is convention mode used for and how do we set temperatures and time . When i called their customer care, that person was equally irresponsible and gave no satisfactory response saying someone else we will send, but i am yet to receive any call or any person visiting for Demo who can answer customer query. Its so disappointing to see such MNCs with such poor customer service and keeping such inefficient people at customer facing end. I regret making a purchase at IFB. Hope this mail reaches to someone responsible person in IFB, who pay heed to costmer complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
