[Resolved]  IFB — poor services and poor quality

my name is renjith am from trivandrum.i brought a ifb ac one year back.the ac cannot be cooled its turn off automatically .i called ifb customer care for 5 times same complaint is happened..once they come their service charge is 500 and parts etc 3 time they came they ask there is no complant and they told me 500 is the coming charge.today[protected] they come and fill ac gas and do some work they give me a bill of rs 2000 after i turn on ac its works after 2 hrs the same complant happened
