I raised my first complaint call on January 14th 2016(ticket id -[protected]), one technician attended the call on 1st week of February 2016 (after 15days of my compliant) and told mother board panel board was having problem and he has to that it will take one week time to change the month board. The technician has took almost 4 weeks' time and did't came back for replacing the mother board. When I have called the Franchise centre they have told that they have not received the new mother board (spare part) and they have told me that contact call center. After that I have called customer care (IFB) and they gave another number of Manager / Supervisor of the franchise. When I contacted the manager he do not lift his mobile (Manager Name: Mr. Ravi kumar, Tadepalligudem, West Godhavari Dist.) after that again contacted IFB-call centre and they gave another number of In-charge (Madam) of vijayawada and the number was not working.
After 25 days I contacted call centre again to close the issue with frustration i.e. on 27th February 2016 they have told me that my call/compliant has been closed, and again the call centre people given new compliant Number and they have promised will solve the problem within 72 hrs. That is also not effected till date i.e. 1st March'2016.
Below are my question i am raising with IFB Team.
1) 2 months solution is not given what is your answer?
2) why calls was closed without solution?
3) what is the use of buying international brand machine?
4) what is the use of warranty / guaranty?
I once again request you to depute some senior & sensible person from your company to look into this matter and to close the issue. We are feeling deeply humiliated, frustrated and cheated and would like to take up this matter to consumer court as a last resort if not solved the problem within one week.
