[Resolved]  IFB — power panel is not working

dear sir since i have made complaint to customer care executive on 20th aug 2014 and my docket nos is 13602552 regarding display and power panel not working after three days technician came to me se saw machine and said ur power panel has to be changed at the same time he ordered that part at bhopal service centre but they r showing inavailability of that part. so plz arrange that part as soon as possible we r wating since last 11 days and there is no response DR subhash kothari mandsaur-M.P pin- 458001 mobile :[protected]
