[Resolved]  IFB — Problem in IFB Model:305BCI Convection Microwave Oven

We Purchased a Microwave Oven - IFB:305BCI S No:[protected] on 12. Nov.2011 with Bill No: 225 for Rs. 13700 from the Authorised Dealer, Payal Enterprises, Korba. The Microwave was Installed on 4.Nov 2012 by Sri Naresh Kumar as per the directives of the Authorised Dealer. Since Installation, the microwave has been not been working. It has been 3 years since we bought the microwave but could not utilise the benefits of the machine even for a day since Installation. We lodged several complaints to the authorised dealer and the service engineers came to rectify the problem several times but could not. They could not give us a reason for the issue. Finally we have decided to handover the microwave to the authorised dealer as a token of gift on the eve of Diwali 2014 and lodge a complaint in the Consumer Forum for the readressal of the same.
