Dear sir/madam, this is DrGanapathy with IFB service customer ID of 3849849. I have given a complaint regarding my IFB senorita plus washing machine 2 weeks ago. A guy from Nagaraj came from Swayam Solutions Chennai. Somehow he started the machine. he told filter needed to be changed and machine has to be cleaned. Done. He charged Rs 2600. But machine never stopped. It wascontinuesly running. I called him. He never turned back. Then I called Swayam Solutions. They never sent anybody in time. Now I booked fresh complaint after my holidays yesterday morning 11.28am. My ticket number is [protected]. Nobody has turned up till now. I called Swayam Solutions. A girl called Chitra attended the phone. They have given again Nagaraj 's number. Without seeing he is saying some part has to be changed that is not there. So I can't come. Then I called Swayam Solutions for 10 times they are not picking. Please allot somebody else other than Swayam Solutions. They are completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Please please please.
