With reference to above i had lodged a complaint on 4/5/16.
Ifb’s franchise had sent their mechanic on 5/5/16 @ 5.45 p.M. And replaced the spare part.
Ms. Preeti, claiming to be from ifb, had called me on 6/5/16 @12.30 p.M. To find out if the
Problem was solved. I told her that i will come to know after i operate the machine tomorrow
And so requested her to check with me same time tomorrow. I asked her why they did not do
Their job without waiting for my complaint on 4/5/16. Ms. Preeti said that spares were not available.
I told her that she was lying because if you see my complaint their technician had called me on 30th april
@ 5 p.M. To find out if he could come and replace the part. Again as i had stated in the complaint there
Was no water supply and so i had asked him to come on 2/5/16 @ 9.30 a.M. As ms. Preeti had no defence, she
Started shouting at me. I told her that it was indecent behaviour to shout at anybody let alone a customer.
Then ms. Preeti hung the phone on me! In india even mnc’s do that, i suppose! Did i make a
