[Resolved]  IFB — Re: Washing Machine service

Hi, We had purchase IFB Washing Machine (Senorita DX 5.5kg) on[protected] It was working fine for 2yrs but the issue started after 2yrs as the Washing Machine was under warranty for 4 yrs service people use to take their own time to resolve the issue blaming on the spare parts availability. We had opted for extended warranty now the situation as gone still worst we had booked a compliant on first week of May 2014 it was attended after 4 days and they took almost 20days to resolve the issue but the problem was not resolved in fact after the service when we started the machine the power was passing throughout the machine and also bath room was grounding I had once again booked a compliant on[protected] but still no body has turned up Kindly look into the issue as resolve it ASAP.Customer ID: 2300733 Customer Name: B.N.Gajendra Thanks Gajendra
