Complaint number 13511884 not fixed since 06 Aug 2014 - IFB Diva Model Customer Id: 3705203, (Under Annual Maintenance Contract)
1. Harassment: IFB does not seem to have the ability to attend to the call within 24 hours. IFB Technician not attended the call after more than 24 hours as on till date also lots of pleading to Customer Care Service[protected]/[protected] 2. On 08th Aug 2014, Ms Jyoti ([protected]) committed sending Technician today evening or tomorrow morning but nobody came after tried so many times but she didn’t pick the phone till date after we tried to Mr. Vajpayee ([protected]) and Mr. Junnaid Khan ([protected]) but same didn’t pick the phone till date also as per my information your some technical staff left their assignment from long period, without technical staff this service (repairing) work cannot be completed. After we got the mobile no from other sources of IFB Technician Mr. Chandresh (M) [protected] has committed to come but no results. Customer Care Service Ms. Mercy, Mr. Sayyad Shah & Sr. Supervisor have been committed so many times but progress of work is same and time has already been elapsed i.e. It seems that you have no control over Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee neither you have taken any action to start the work at your level. Please explain why you have not proposed any action against Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee and what action you have taken till now because we are suffering the company shall be responsible for observance by his Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee of provisions in the company Act. it is regretted that even after continuous pursuance by us, no work had been taken up, even after laps of 8 days of valuable work which reflects the gross negligence & poor performance of the company. Reviewing the above aspects/ situations, it is well established that franchisee is not at all interested to execute any work further and misleading the facts by putting false statements/ arguments against the factual situations.
I expect that by logging my complaint here, after numerous complaints by me in the customer care no results found. Now, after buying an automatic washing machine, we have gone back to the age old practice of manual washing of our clothes.
