I purchased an AC model IFB 1.5 IACS18KA3TP SPLIT AC(3.S) as cited above dated on 19 april 2015 from Harie Marketing 59, Navyug market ghaziabad. After a few days we felt that the AC is not cooling properly.Then I registered a complaint dated on 10 may 2015 with ticket no. 15511062. After 13 days mechanic came and told that there is some gas leakage problem, he refilled the gas and went. But we observed that the problem was not solved. Therefore I once again registered complaintdated on 10 june 2015 with ticket no. 15728949 but my problem is not solved until now.
IFB is a very reputed firm that was my belief but after purchasing it my experience is very bad. Therefore I want replacement of my AC as soon as possible otherwise I will file a suit against your company in consumer court.
