[Resolved]  IFB — regarding not attend of my complaint and very poor response from service centre

Dear sir, with respect to my complaint no.13741141 dated 08 September 2014. and thrice talked on your paid customer care no. my complaint is yet to be resolved. each time they used to say it will be resolved with in 24 hr.and the most important thing is the person who has install the washing machine given his no. and said he is the authorized person whom i contact on 03 September 2014 said he will come next day and whose next day is yet to come. what is your policy, i am yet to understand. does it is meant to harass the customer or i have done something wrong by purchasing IFB WASHING MACHINE. it will quite better for me if got another one at least i get better service and not to worry about my appliances. if you able to do something from your side, kindly look into the matter its urgent, and at least not defame your reputation.
