[Resolved] IFB — Regarding poor service | |
We were the ifb customer since 12 yrs .So far we had got 5 ifb washing machines.Since we are satisfied with the quality of the machine, we have been continuosly recommending for our friends and relatives.But regarding service none o[censored]s are satisfied.Our last machine was brought in the year 2012. With in this 3 yrs, they have come for the service only twice.20days back, one man came for service and we told that we are unable to open the clean and drain box everytime. He said that if you put filter you wont have any problem and also told at present he doesnt have the part and would come after 2 days.But after 2days he didnt come.He called us after 5 days and asked wether to bring filter .We said no, since we have tried it already, for that he said that he cant come for such long distance only to change clean and drain . This is second time happening like this.Literally thier main moto is to sell the accessaries and make money.IFf this is going to be repeated everytime, we will definitely stop buying due to poor service of your workers.They are spoiling your company name .When we are calling they are not coming for service, Only when book complaint in online, they are coming.Kindly send for service as early as possible.
