Respected Sir I have been long standing customer to your good self and I had bought IFB Washing Machine and dish Washer of your said company.I have been in your annual maintenance contract and the AMC serial No. 18506.Franchise Name HOME SERVICE, Chennai I would like to state that Neptune Washing machine under your annual maintenance contract is not working properly and this was brought to the notice of your service department in Chennai almost since a month and there is no proper response even after several calls. I would request your good self to please look into this matter and treat this matter at the most urgent.Hoping to hear from your side at the earliest.
