I have launched the complain on dated 04/08/2014 at 09.00 AM in the morning being complain number 13495401. Being a renowned company, the complain should be attended on the same day. In the wonder the complain is attended at 04.30 PM on 05/08/2014 with the unskiled labour. And again after continuously ringing to call center the complain was attended by the person on 06/08/2014 at 04.30 PM, stating that yesterdays person was unable to detect the fault. If the down time is three days, what is the punishment in the industry for such a down time, just calculate. Was this information helpful? | |||
