IFB — Repair of washing machine on AMC

I am having IFB ELENA DX fully automatic washing machine. Launched a complaint on 22nd December. Bearing complaint no. 14527647. The technician visited on 26th December he traced out the problem and told that he will come back and sort it out by replacing the same. But till now after so many calls no body bothered to come and rectify the problem. The below are the details to whom we have contacted several times. As we are having AMC contract till now no body has come and checked. More over they are giving commitment that they are coming to rectify but nobody has turned up to rectify the problem and telling excuses for the same. This is a very bad experience for me.
