Dear Sir/Madam,
I own a an Exe+ washing machine no 5516 which is under AMC no 258179. My machine is out of order since 19.11.2014. for which a complaint was made. A rep of service centre attended on 21.11.2014. He informed us that our cabinet needed replacement and we are required to pay Rs 3700/- for it. We paid Rs 3700/- in cash on the same day and were given a cash memo no 1611 Book no 33 dated 21.11.2014. with an assurance that machine will be repaired within 2 to 3 days. Every time we remind Laxmi Services Noida on telephone we are told that it will be repaired today. It has happened at least five times. As a last resort we are approaching you to initiate appropriate action against the service provider for unsatisfactory services and get the machine repaired at your earliest.
