IFB — Request for a service for my washing machine

Devaraj. Since from the day of deliver of your machine i haven't received any of your service representatives except for the installation and i don't know who is correct service repesenatives of IFB Company in our area and to whom i had to report for the complaint because nobody gives a proper response to my call for my complaints regarding the machine. Now my machine is in very bad condition so please consider as soon as possible and give a good solution. I am ready to pay for my service but i need a serive for my machine full running condition..
