[Resolved] IFB — Rude response from customer service

I called customer care to register a complaint. Some people do not respond well and even in a rude way. One guy even rejected a call while talking. It is as if they are impatient. I have good experiences too, but a number of such of such unfortunate experiences have occurred. Please ensure to make they respond well.
