It is under amc (Under the name of mr. Pv. Rao)
From last 4 mnths every month some or other technician is turning up and attends to the issue which after he leaves occurs again. Your service tehnicians even took it to workshop, changed n no. Of parts-tub, pcb, switches what not, but still not even a single time a wash is completed without getting stuck why dont u own up the problem and resolve it and what is the amc paid for?
In a gap of 45 days they want to take it to the workshop again now... Can i get better n efficient techicians to attend it to it soon??
