I registered a complaint on 14th Jan 2015 with complaint no. 14699984. Despite multiple reminders - no one turns up before 4th February 2015. He does not set the issue but closes the call. I called up again and am told that it's a new complaint no. 14862970. Till now - no one has called. Lousy service. None of the escalation nos work - no one responds or resolves the issue. Made a mistake buying the product.
