I have placed a complaint on 29 December 2015 they said that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but there is no response from them and i did not receive any call or any intimation from them regarding that complaint and moreover when i call back them they have been saying that they will send technician on Monday and all its been 5 days since i made a complaint very poor response from customer care and i request you to help with that
