This mail is to draw your kind attemntion towards my extremely bad experience with IFB service .
I am the owner of Elina Vx ( bought last year only ) .
I raised a service request ( Ticket[protected] on 6th Oct, 2013 and roughly after 2-3 days a technician visited my place to check the issue . The Machine needed a spare part replacement and the technician told me that he will revert back with the spare parts in a day or two .
He never returned with spare part and Instead of reverting back your service people closed the ticket with the comments "wire adjustment done at customer end" .
This was really disappointing for me but with no options left i raised another request
( Ticket[protected] Opened on 6th December . But similar to what you did in the past no body contacted me even after 2-3 days .
From 8th december onwards, every day I am calling the service center[protected]
But nobody have visited or even contacted me till date .
Yesterday I called your service center again and talked to Mr Kumar ( escalation department - extn 36463 ) and he refused to gave any time bound committment to resolve the issue .
Please Resolve the issue ASAP

Very Next day after filing the Complaint, I got the reply from IFB and the Complaint was resolved within 48 hrs .
