[Resolved] IFB — Service team no show for 3 weeks even after mutiple reminders/escalations | |||
This is my complaint no. 13023182. This was raised on 26th June 2014. The next day the service person came and he did the following, (I have two IFB washing machines) 1. He serviced the first machine 2. He found out the issue on the second machine and said the franchise is running out of spare and will be fixed when they get one Unfortunately, the machine1 (immediately after service) also started making noise while spinning. When I reported this, they responded saying they will fix both the machines at the earliest. But since then, no response, i keep this as my regular schedule to call IFB customer support on a daily basis, here are the people I spoke to so many times for no good. 1. IFB customer care 2. Mr Ragavendra (Service Franchise Manager) 3. Mr Vignesh - IFB (1 st Escalation point) 4. Mr Shiva, Kumar etc.. from IFB escalation department. I am now highly frustrated with the quality of service provided by IFB and a typical "it will be attended within 24 hours" message. Should I throw away theses machines (50K worth) and find another brand? or I am an odd man here that this is well expected from IFB? Was this information helpful? | |||
