[Resolved] IFB — services not got till now for microwave oven purchased[protected]

Sir I have purchased microwave oven on[protected]. It was decided that the technician will come and install it and guide us how to use in our home by 1-2 days definitely. But since it is[protected] and till now we did not get any services from anywhere. We submitted our request to customer care, service center and dealer as well but sir/ma'am they did not responded for this till now and we are fed up of this very very dull service from ifb and now it is our request to take certain actions against them.
