[Resolved]  IFB — spare parts not covered for 90 days after entering the AMC

Recently I have entered into an AMC for my washing machine Senorita Plus via ticket:14475134. The customer care representative mentioned that - AMC would cover rubber parts including plastic material. - AMC will be applicable from day one & will cover all the parts. When technician visited the house for the cheque collection he collected the AMC for Rs 2, 022 which I believe is the ANNUAL maintenance amount. However he has written on the AMC document that no replacement of spares for 60 days. This has really taken us aback !!! It looks obvious that IFB is cheating /misleading people who take the AMC as the AMC is valid only for 10 Months even though the amount is collected for 12 Months (ANNUAL). Secondly, the technician mentioned that the rubber internal parts are not covered under the AMC which completely contradicts what the customer care representative has mentioned. Why aren’t the terms & conditions uniform across India? Is Bangalore an exception in any way. Request you to address these concerns asap. Thanks and Regards Praveen Fernandes Phone :[protected]
