[Resolved]  IFB — Split A/c purchased

I have purchased a 1.5 ton split A/c from IFB point from Selaiyur Branch on 2.5.14. Soon after installation and after 3 or 4 days the inner wall got soaked and I stopped using the A/c and made complaint. One technician from your company come to my house and found that the water hose from the blower was having so many holes and the water came out of it and the wall got soaked. He has not changed the hose, but cut short it and it fixed temporarily for immediate use of A/c He told me that another technician will come and fix new hose. But in spite of my repeated request no one has so far turned up and attended the fault. More over the hole made in the wall was not closed properly in the outer side. I request you to send a good technician to attend the fault immediately. I already made a complaint vide T.No.11446810.
