Dear sir,
I had purchased an ifb 1.5 ton split air conditioner model no. (Iacs18bf5tp 5 star - 1.5 ton) on 30.03.2014.
Ac is not cooling. So today your ifb team come and saying your ac compresser is not working so your ac compresser is change.
I registered complaint on 07/05/2016

O i request you immediately arrang ac compresser and immediately change
