I had purchase washing machine from M/s IFB Industries Limited, Ahmedabad. Invoice No. [protected] dated 7.12.2013, Model ELENA STEAM Serial No.[protected] and i had purchased this machine after hearing from Friends, that for washing m/c IFB is best.
After that machine had reached to our Home & we had called IFB customer care for installation of M/c. On 20.12.2013 a man from service centre had came to us & he found that machine is not working & we had complain to IFB customer Care & we get complain No. 12071032.
on 21st Dec again person had visited to washing m/c he said that drum is noty working, Again we had called customer care. on 23 IFB had sent one another technician for this he visited to us & said that motor is not working.
I am continuously calling to Customer care on an average twice a day for replacement of machine as this washing machine had not installed yet due to manufacturing defect. I am surprised how can IFB persons dispatched any machine to their customer if machine is not working. Still today their is no proper answer from IFB that when it will replace & when it will be installed & when we will able to wash our clothes.
We had purchased this machine by seeing winter season, What will be use for this model when winter season will finished.
IFB had given so much mental tension to me only due to this machine. Please help
