Purchased ifb washing machine in the month of september. Start facing problem after 6 months. This time gave a cal on 13.07.2014 and sais its urgent! The next day technician visited and said to check plug point and went away. The case was not resolved.So again i made a call on 16.07.2014. Again they lodged a complaint but no technician came. Again i made a call on 19.07.2014, they said the case was closed and again they lodged a complaint by sending a mail to me where they said technician will visit shortly. But again they didnt turn up. I am totally annoyed with their customer service. I have a record of phone calls and the mail which they have sent to me.
