They are really bad in terms providing service.
I moved from Kolkata to Bangalore (Sarjapur Road); during the move the front glass of the IFB microwave broke. Then we called the customer service for sending the technician to repair around 1st week of Jan 2015 and till 2nd week of Feb 2015 they did not attend. Every 2 weeks someone calls from IFB & ask has someone attended the call and then this person says tomorrow the technician will definitely attend. Tomorrow Never Dies... I am thinking of packing the microwave oven and send it to the CEO of IFB so that he can gift this to his girlfriend as a valentine gift...
