[Resolved] IFB — They are not resolving the complaint after so many phone calls. | |||||
I have a problem in my micro-oven which is no more heating properly.So I called customer care number provided by them on 20/3/16.They responded and said that our micro-oven's AMC is expired, so the customer care person told they will be sending some technician to solve the problem and will renew the AMC also.On 22/3/16, the technician Satish came to our house but only renewed the AMC without repairing the micro-oven.He told that he will be coming the next day to repair but didnt turned out.Then after 3-4 days I called the customer care and narrated the same problem of the Micro-oven not heating properly, they assured that they will be immediately sending the technician but didn't do any anything. Then I called after 2-3 days but the same result.And now its been a month the problem is not resolved.I want to return the product if after sales service is so very poor and unsatisfactory.
