[Resolved]  IFB — Ticket # 15766773 of 16.06.2015 = Not being attended/ no response at all/ indifferent attitude

I had earlier written to you regarding the non working of my IFB Washing Machine for which AMC had been taken on 16.02.2015 and despite several follow ups - no service person is attending the call or responding to the complaints. At last now i have been able to obtain a Ticket # Vide Ref # 15766773 dated 16.06.2015. Please once again ensure to follow up the matter with your technical team to attend the complaint immediately. The Executive Mrs Mayuri with Cell # [protected] is not attending the call at all.
