[Resolved] IFB — Too bad service, worst customer care service till date i came across | |||
We have lodged a Complaint regarding IFB Washing Machine and we are in the warranty period. Even after making repeatedly Complaints of the same, none of the representative came to check the machine. We are receiving response from their customer care that they will sent the representative tomorrow each time we had made a complaint. Ever time their customer care person use to ask us to lodge fresh complaint for the same then only they will send their representative and even after lodging fresh complaint none of their representative use to come and visit our house to check the machine. Our warranty period is also going to expire and till date we had made 5-6 complaint for the same machine. I haven't came across such bad service till date. I would suggest that no one should buy any item from IFB.. Was this information helpful? | |||
