My washing machine model senorita plus is under amc. Customer code is :3018873. I have made a complaint on[protected]Machine trips frequently) the defect was not attended and the ticket no :[protected] was closed without attending the defect stating we were informed to come after a week. Nobody has come to attend the defects so far even though we made complaints many times and the complaints were not registered. Again we made complaint on[protected] and it was registered ticket no is :[protected]. More than a month the machine is unutilised condition because of your poor service. Make arrangements to attend the defect immediately.
