[Resolved] IFB — unprofessional behaviour of ifb team
I had purchased a front load 5.5 kg serena sx washing machine 8 years back and now i have noticed that its bottom has got corroded totally from its base and as a result of which the machine is not operational. I lodged a complaint about the same with the company who promised me that a service guy wud call me up within 48 hours which he indeed did, and then when i enquired from him the exact price of the the body shell for my machine he intimated me the price as rs.7000/- + rs.890/- as service charges, whereas i have the exact price of this body shell which is within the range of rs.3000/-.. Why this cheating ifb, now that ifb products are not selling well in the market, has the company started fleecing customers by taking extra money from its customers, i am very dissapointed with this whole episode and promise to tell my bitter experience to all my friends and family members and to also stop them from buying ifb products in the near future, shame on you ifb. Pathetic.
