IFB — Unsatisfying service from service engineers

My name is Sibin Padmanabhan(Mob No.[protected]). I have an IFB washing machines, last year it got a complaint.The service person came and changed some parts then it was under warranty also. After the warranty period it again gave problem, the service engineer came and told the drum is faulty and it needs to be changed.The service engineer changed the drum and the bill was around Rs.6500 and also got a warranty period of 6 months for the changed parts.after changing the drum hardly it worked for 5 times.We complained several times and initially they gave so many excuses for coming and then visited two times and each time went back reporting as the machine is fine.But it is not working.On 30/5/2015 I called the service person and then he told he will arrange for the visit on 1/6/2015 but no one turned up.Its been more than six months we are complaining like this and they are changing some or the other parts or giving silly excuses, now got frustated with this. Kindly help to get the problem solved.
