[Resolved] IFB — Very Poor Customer service and ineffective management

Registered a complaint with IFB service centre on 19th Aug and it took 2 days for a representative to come back and check the same.This was after repetitive call backs to the customer care.Each time they give us some technicians number, which is swtiched off most of the time.I dont understand how Mr senthil can keep his phone switched off during working hours.No calls from any department regarding the status of the spare parts.The technician says his boss has to approve amount for the spare parts.Is this the procedure in IFB.Dont you have all the spare parts ready ????Technician says why did you register instead should have called me directly.Its been a week now, i guess IFB is still manufacturing the parts.Mr Senthil is taking rest at home i think and customer service will only send a reminder as they can call up the technician.Guys please be proactive and your duty is to keep the customer updated on the status rather than passing the ball to customers court.the lady at the customer service centre who has promised to call back is still hunting for the phone i guess.Plz avoid this company for the pathetic customer service.
