[Resolved]  IFB — Very poor service from ifb. asked for replacement of pipe and adapter connecting to tap but not yet resolved since 15 days

We have called ifb local office in warangal on 2nd october 2014 and ordered a stand and pipe adapter that connects to tap. After several follow ups, the service boy came after a week with a stand and solved half issue and left. We are following up with him as well customer care office on daily basis, but still we have not yet got the pipe and adapter which can be connected to tap. This shows the negligence of the staff as well as the maintenance department. Could you follow up with the staff and close the issue asap.
