I have lodged a request for warranty service with your call center and ticket no. is 15241281. Even after 24 hrs of complaint registration none of the technician has turned up. Every time when I lodge complaint, I have to make about 6-7 times to call center and they agents are conveniently avoid and ask me to talk to local agency. Why should I talk to them? Why IFB is not able to cancel service agency in Bangalore. In some cases the agency closing the ticket without attending the service and I was forced reopen the service complaint. If the same tardy service continues, I will be forced to go to consumer grievance cell. Can someone in IFB look into such service lapses?
