[Resolved]  IFB — Washing Machine

Dear Sir/Madam, I am an user of IFB washing machine for the last 15 years. Presently I am using a Senator 6kg. On 15/07/2015 I had lodged a complain (no:[protected] at your customer care about my machine which was damaged during transportation and requested for help and advise of a service engineer. On 17/07/2015 a service technician visited my house and advised me to sell the machine to a kabariwala so that I get the most out of it in terms of monetary return as the machine was beyond repairable. On 18/07/2015 at the insistence of my helpful neighbors I called a proven technician known to them. Within half an hour my machine was ready for use and I was charged only Rs.500/- for the service. No parts were replaced. Except for the outer body which was dented during transportation all other parts were ok. I was thus saved from unnecessary expending of purchasing a new machine and loosing the one I possess.
