[Resolved] IFB — washing machine complaint from 19th may is not solved

I have washing machine model senorita DX 5.5kg. I have complained customer care since 19th May but till today my problem is not resolved. In every 2, 3 days I have given a new ticket no. and escalation nos. But noone is coming to attend the complaint since 11th June. I hope you understand my problem. IFB is the worst washing machine company. They should be heavily penalized for doing this to the customers. If so many people are facing problems with them then there is definitely some serious problem with them.
