[Resolved] IFB — washing machine complaint not rectified

My ticket No. is 11566581. The technician had come to check the complaint of our washing machine. He had said that some parts had to be changed. This happened 3 weeks ago. Ever since when we call up the agency, we are told that it will one week for the parts to arrive. Nothing has happened till date.
