[Resolved] IFB — washing machine continuous error | |||||
I have purchased ifb tl-rdw 6.5 kg in 2017. Few months ago, i got "te" error while using the machine and i lodged a complaint about the same. The technician arrived and operated the machine on no load. But the error didn't come on no load. Few days later the same error came and i lodged another complaint. The technician told that the pcb has to be changed. After changing the pcb, the "te" error came the same day. The technician visited next day, opened the machine, checked everything and told that the pcb was defective and needs to be changed. I am facing problem with the malfunctioning of the machine. My friend bought semi automatic machine of whirlpool and didnt get any complaint till now. I am seriously concerned that i have paid more money and suffering with ifb. Luckily, i am under warranty, else i have to pay 650₹ for every visit. The problem is still unresolved. The customer care tells that "a highly skilled expert will visit you this time" and the same person visits me everytime. I am really irritated by the poor customer service of ifb..
