On 5th Nov I have called to IFB call centre number where I have lodged the complaint of not getting water inflow in the IFB washing machine with my registered mobile number ([protected])
I didn't get any SMS as ticket number . Next day (6th nov ) I got a call from the mobile number [protected] ( Sahil Khan as per true caller ) that your technician has been allotted, they told authorised person of IFB will be coming shortly and the Technician number is [protected] (Naseem Khan as per true caller ) .
He visited my house in thane at 5.30 pm after the confirmation at 12 noon that the person is reaching in 15 min. Unfortunately I am in office and my wife and small kid was there in my residential house in thane.
The problem was very minor that water inflow handle was locked .. with his cleverness he manage to made some problem with the timer and the wiring and charge 2500 from my wife as a service charge.
After long Tele discussion with me and making a chaos in my house he took the amount of 2500 . He actually mental harassed my wife and kid
Still the machine is not working .
