I have purchased IFB washing machine Front loaded . In March 2015 it was not working properly.Water leakage and Machine sound . After that i made complaint to customer care and one of the service engineer Mr . Thirukumaran came and collect 6000 /- approximately for AMC and for the water leakage, within 3 months again same problem continue and another person Mr. Kanish came and told some other parts got damaged so we cant cover under AMC so need to pay additional amount of rs 3400 and my parents paid for tat too. As they are senior citizens they are not aware of AMC and service related . Again last week same water leakage in Machine another person Mr. Prabhakaran told to give 200 rs to solve the problem .
After paid AMC why your service Engineer asking money continuesly with in few months and problem is also not rectified .
Person Mr. Rajan in customer care who is not answering properly and also not giving proper repy to that customers.
Total Amount we paid around 9400 in last 6 months . need to work done and also give proper split up of amount which we paid . i have mentioning Indian consumer complaint number also in this .
When i call customer care no. of IFB they just give me silly excuses and provide me no. of some senior authority. later on he also give me excuses that the part is not arrived from head office. I am fed up of such excuses.
I want the work done and compensate me the amount regarding my frequent calls made from my mobile in this matter. My time is wasted...
